It's been a week since our newest expansion officially launched! And, I know, I know... some of you already have a lot of feelings that you need to air out. But canon updating in your games is a struggle! And so is finding PSL partners! Luckily, that's what we're here for.

This is a post for you to play out all the Shadowbringers-related content you might be dying to write. Behind-the-scenes nonsense? Between-the-scenes angst? It's all welcome here!

1. Toplevel your character. Include any details you might think are relevant. Or don't. As always, we're not the cops.

He shrugs. "I haven't the faintest. It's no longer my place."

"...first time figuring out what to do?"

She can't simply assume after all. But what can she do about it? He doesn't sound keen to go back to his former country or maybe...

"I guess you can call it a fresh start."

That gives him pause. A fresh start, hm...

"Can't remember the last time I had one of those."

"I suppose there is always a first for everyone. Including ascians."

Perhaps...this was more than a fluke.

"Maybe this is something only you can learn from. We've talked about how we felt about these shards and stars but you don't strike me as the type to just accept it. No, you seek proof."

"If a thousand life times hasn't changed my opinion, one more certainly won't do it." Honestly.

"And you just jinxed yourself there."

"Oh, so now that you're half-rabbit you suddenly know everything about luck, do you?"

Shaking her head. "No, I don't need to be a viera to get it. Maybe it's like some unwritten law of the multiverse when someone says that kind of thing, the universe decides to prove them wrong."

"It hasn't yet, so I doubt it will do so now."

"Not yet anyway. Although I wonder if I can make a new recipe for popcorn when the time comes. I really need to get back to work on my crafting skills anyway so that should be fun."

And probably work on adjusting her older clothing since gaining a few inches all over.

"...popcorn?" What.

Yua raises an eyebrow at that. Wow, there's a lot of things this universe has no idea of.

"Popcorn. It's popped up corn kernels that become really fluffy after passing a certain heat temperature. Usually they're dried up first before you put them in oil. They go great with butter but other flavors include cheese and caramels."

"Your..."Earth" has found a way to make kernels edible?"

He is baffled. Not even the Ascians had done that.

"Yep. It's usually a snack, moreso when you're watching something entertaining like a show."

"...can you even throw those at the performers?"

"I mean you can but why waste good food?"

Emet-Selch just sighs and shrugs. "Because that's what most do, though I suppose tiny bits of corn wouldn't go very far."

Yua simply shakes her head and sighs. "Such a waste of food. I don't think I could even do that...and now I'm getting hungry with all this talk."

Emet waves a hand off to the side--if she's hungry, he's not going to stop her.

"Go enjoy your food. I will be going nowhere."

"What and leave you to your own devices? No, why not come with?"

"And cause the common folk to panic at seeing a Garlean? I think not."

She stares flatly at him and motions to her knapsack by her side. She is an adventurer and one always needs to be prepared for any kind of occasion; which is why she pulls it towards her and rummages through until she finds what she is seeking, pulling out a long...cloth?

No, on closer inspection it's a simple cowl and it's being tossed right at the ascian.

"Simple disguise then. Just as long as you keep the hood up, no one will notice. Should be a decent fit for you."

He catches the cowl and just stares at Yua.

"Do you want me to follow? Is that it?"

"Better than having a pity party here."

Yua then gets up and stretches, snagging her bag along the way and slinging it over her shoulder.

"It's up to you if you wanna follow but I doubt there's gonna be anyone else willing to lend a hand."

He looks at the cloak and although he doesn't put it on, he doesn't throw it aside either.

"If I do, you'll be the first person to know."
