It's been a week since our newest expansion officially launched! And, I know, I know... some of you already have a lot of feelings that you need to air out. But canon updating in your games is a struggle! And so is finding PSL partners! Luckily, that's what we're here for.

This is a post for you to play out all the Shadowbringers-related content you might be dying to write. Behind-the-scenes nonsense? Between-the-scenes angst? It's all welcome here!

And that is the most frustrating part, isn't it?

Amaurot seems like it's a city into intellectual workouts like that, though. If not for the practicality of it, I'm surprised there aren't more of those here. It's just not an ancient city without some puzzle or other to put together.

Why in the name of creation would we have wasted our time and energy on something as banal as puzzles? What good would they have done us? They'd just get in the way of things.

I don't know. Ask the Ronkans, maybe.

But you had that debate hall for fun, right? I actually... really like that kind of stuff, though I bet they'd baby talk me even more if I tried to go in.

It would be an insult to her memory, though I doubt she would actually care.

[There's a knee-jerk offense taken there, though it makes no sense to her. The plan is mass murder in exchange for the return of countless others; it's still something that cannot be brought to fruition.

Then what about starting anew? As I am not the same person anymore, and doubtless a few millennia will change anyone, including you.

And before you ask, no, I don't expect it to last one way or another. But time is everything.

[Her tail positively bristles at that; she crosses her arms and shifts herself with a scoff.]

Gods, are you like this with everyone? Hard to imagine you managed the successes you did with that attitude. Lots of people could only dream of accomplishing some of the things you've done over that many lifetimes...

If you'd rather sneer at the gesture, then fine, forget I asked. But I wasn't playing, and I'd much appreciate if you didn't assume malice.

If I've had so many successes, then it's safe to assume that no, I am not like this with everyone.

Yes. But perhaps it gives him some comfort to have someone new to talk to, after all these millennia... I wouldn't mind giving him some company again.

So either way, I'll find out. Up to you whether it's sooner or later.

Millennia? His shade has been alive for as long as you've been on the First.

[The ruins have been there longer but this illusion? Fairly new.]

Oh, how nice. Almost as if you prepared it especially for me. It's a tad more comforting for his part, but still.

Perhaps it won't. But if there's anything I hate personally, it's trying to pretend an inconvenient truth doesn't exist.

...And it'd be a lie to say I'm not genuinely curious, too.
