songbirds! songbirds!
In honor of the newly-opened FFXIV RP Discord server, here's an open post for all you DWRPers to post characters, mingle, and tag each other!

Seriously, post whatever you want. Empty toplevels? Open starters? Starters closed to specific people? It's all good — just enjoy!

[you know what she's gonna Try

Starting with knocking! sure, the entrance is a little way from the actual interior, but it should count for something. She hopes, anyhow.]

Matoya? I brought something!

It's, ah. Nothing you need to examine. If you don't want to.
swishswisharoo: (and we liked it!)

I'm so sorry about the long delay!

[It does indeed count for something! Not much of something, as Matoya is as grumpy as ever, but it's still something. The door opens, and one of the brooms swishes on by with a wispy 'come on in!' (Whatever their mistress feels, the brooms quite love visitors! More dust tracked in to sweep!)

If Matoya herself is at her favorite table, pouring over what looks to be a letter, but she looks over at K'pandolu with arched eyebrows.]

I'll be the judge of that. Out with it - what is it?

[Either her hearing is better than she let on, or there's a spell that lets her here inquiries directed to the door.]

all good!

[The brooms are quite darling, and K'pandolu pauses to admire them for a moment before hurrying on.

Well, honestly, neither option would really surprise her. She comes to a full stops when she sees Matoya, standing up properly, and holds out a wrapped box. A little inexpertly, but she did her best.]

A gift for you. For, well- helping us, and because it seemed nice.

[Unwrapped and unboxed, it'll turn out to be a teaset, for four.]
